Currently, staff product designer at Deel, leading mobile. I wrote the strategy that’s turning a ported web app into a native one, and I run the reviews that hold 50 teams to one design bar. On the side I’m building Pretzel.design.

Previously at Bumble, I helped build the ads and partnerships business that beat its annual revenue targets. Before that I founded a startup, grew it to 60k monthly users, and sold it. Along the way I’ve mentored 100+ designers.
